Virus mechanism study

The process of virus invading host cells can be divided into six steps: adsorption, invasion, shelling, synthesis, assembly and release.Adsorption is not only the key to determine the success of infection, but also is the core of its specificity. When the virus is adsorbed on the host cell, the adsorption protein of the virus surface needs to match specifically with the cell surface receptor. After the virus is successfully adsorbed, it will transfer the genetic material into the host cell through different patterns, that is “the invasion process”. RVP is a pseudovirion with inadequate replication function. The membrane protein array technology can confirm the specific binding molecules of virus-infected cells, explain the virus infection path, clarify the molecular mechanism of infection, and provide ideas for the development of antivirotic vaccine and drugs.
