As a "live drug" different from traditional drugs, CAR-T therapy continues to bring breakthrough surprises to the market in the field of tumor therapy. ScFv is one of the most critical components of CAR-T, and its specificity determines the safety of CAR-T therapy. The off-target safety evaluation of CAR-T drugs is not only a necessary part of preclinical research but also a necessary data for IND application. We have performed off-target evaluation on several ScFvs , and found that the off-target rate of ScFv is 18%, but there are also samples that off-target to other target antigens, which can help customers to promote multi-target studies and turn risks into opportunities. For other samples that off-target to widely expressed membrane proteins, It can help customers to make early research intervention to adjust research strategies and minimize R&D risks.
